Our History
On January 15, 1941, Franco Spinelli obtained permission from the City of Massagno to work on his own and perform electrical installations in the area served by the Municipal Electric Company, which had previously been unable to employ him on its staff.
Sensing the construction and land development of the region, Franco Spinelli decided to specialize and focus on the various sectors of electricity and telecommunications.
