We are looking for the following professionals:

Description Position

Spinelli SA is looking for an experienced professional to join our electrical installations group. We are looking for a dynamic, autonomous person with proven experience in the industrial sector, ready to actively contribute to the growth of our company.
 

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in electrical engineering or Master Electrician.
  • Experience: Consolidated experience in managing and supervising projects in an industrial environment.
  • Age: Preferably between 30 and 40 years.
  • Languages: Italian (indispensable); good knowledge of German or English.
  • Place of work: Lugano-Massagno

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Analysing and verifying the feasibility of orders before start-up.
  • Plan, co-ordinate and monitor all project phases.
  • Manage and support operational teams during field execution.
  • Supervise the technical and economic aspect of each project.
  • Actively collaborate with other business units to ensure synergy and efficiency.
  • Interfacing with customers, designers and other external stakeholders.

 

Ideal profile:

  • Curious and entrepreneurial spirit, able to anticipate market needs and contribute new ideas and solutions.
  • Aptitude for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
