SPINELLI SA was founded in 1941 by Franco Spinelli, who seized the opportunity given to him to develop, together with his sons Lorenzo and Carlo, a family business that was forward-looking and in constant ferment.

Today we have reached the third generation with Dario Spinelli, the founder’s grandson, who continues along the path traced by the previous generations, investing in innovation and far-sighted visions that have led to further growth of the group.

Today, the Spinelli Group, incorporated into Spinelli Holding SA, has 5 companies wanting to present themselves on the market as promoters of technology, with the aim of enhancing people’s well-being by paying particular attention to the environment.

SPINELLI SA pursues this goal by innovating and specialising more and more in energy-saving and clean energy solutions. Starting with careful design, increasingly using sustainable materials, we implement the most innovative industrial automation concepts that allow us to achieve significant energy and economic savings.
